I highly recommend Naya threading & spa. I was interested in eyebrow threading and a lash lift and tint but was nervous since I had never done the lash lift and tint before. Naya took the time to discuss with me how it would look and she was honest that the lift could make it harder to place false lashes for my wedding makeup. I really appreciated her honesty and I think it shows how much she cares about her clients. I ended up just doing the brow threading and lash tint and love the results. Visited today for the first time for eyebrows threading. I was a walk in and the owner got me in right away, she was very pleasant to deal with & professional. She did a great job with my eyebrows & had a few suggestions for my skin when I asked about it. The place looks amazing, it smells amazing when you walk in & I love to see that businesses like hers start popping up in Mint Hill. I’m giving 2 stars because my lash extensions, brow lamination, and tint were beautifully done by Jen. She did an amazing job, and I’m very happy with the quality of her work. Unfortunately, my experience with pricing was disappointing. Before booking, I specifically asked the owner about the cost of lash extensions and was told the price would be $125. I was also given a pricing brochure, but lash extension pricing wasn’t included. The owner knew I already had lash extensions on and even offered me a same-day appointment. B... read more
Prayers do come true…a new eyebrow threading spot in Mint Hill, YES PLEASE!!! Super happy they opened in The Hill. A few min drive from the house, which is awesome! Eyebrows looked great my first time getting them done here! :) Place is brand new and clean. Service was welcoming. Can’t wait to try their facial and other services.
For the longest time I've been trying to find someone in the Charlotte area who does a great job doing eyebrow threading.FINALLY found Naya Threading & Spa and she is top notch amazing. She KNOWS what she is doing, you can tell she is a master at skin care, loves what she does, cares about her clients and overall just does a great job.
