Naya gets 5 stars for convenience, comfort, doing the style I asked for, speed/ neatness of service and just respect and professionalism in this field. I’m from Brooklyn NYC and used to get my hair in Harlem when I needed my braids done. I am disabled now and have lived in Knoxville for 15 years so being able to find someone that can be light of touch and still get the style to look nice is my standard. I felt very comfortable with these ladies. Especially as it was my first time visiting there, and I had no problems making reservations, even though it was a last-minute booking. The price is very, very reasonable. And I love the outcome of my hair. They will definitely be seeing me again . The young lady from the Bahamas 🇧🇸🇧🇸
