It took forever to get my food (30min) and it wasn’t even that busy. I think it’s ridiculous I had to wait so long for a bowl. How long would I have to wait if it was actually busy? Never again.
The food here is INCREDIBLE!!! Also, most authentic Labneh I’ve had outside of Lebanon. Writing this review because Monique was beyond helpful— she went above and beyond to help us while our order (that we ordered online) was prepared over the phone. Can’t speak highly enough about Naya!!
Monique at Naya is amazing! She made me cauliflower even though they were almost closing, and that made my meal top tier. I come here often and the staff is always great, but Monique stands out. She’s welcoming, takes your order with a smile, and somehow my meal always tastes better when she’s working. Places like Cava usually won’t make more food once it’s out, but Monique and the Naya staff will go the extra mile for you. Shoutout to Monique for going above and beyond — give her a raise, she deserves it! 🙌
I am currently visiting from Los Angeles and NAYA Exchange Place has been my favorite spot for the past 4 months. The food here is consistently delicious; always fresh, authentically flavorful, and the gold standard for Lebanese fare in the fast food chain.
