Found few problems. They are no longer serving convenient breakfast anymore. Frozen sandwich and hanging on the door handle.. terrible service. Plus, cooking utensils are pretty limited and none of bbq tools and charcoal were provided at all. I guess this lodge doesn't care about customers at all.
The Most Rude staff I have ever encountered in the 12 years I have serviced. The Naval Lodges used to try to help sailors and service members Not at all anymore. Ill be reposting with the names of the incredibly rude staff once received
The manager Joy is extremely rude and disrespectful. For being a hotel that’s supposed to be for Military. They are extremely unhelpful. As well as not understanding at all to military service members. I have been active duty for 12 years and I have never had to deal with the situation like this. Joy should not be helping service members at all.
Room was nicer than expected. Very clean and seemed to have been recently renovated. Lingering fish smell--probably from previous guest having fresh fish in there. Noise insulation typical of navy lodging. In other words, poor. Conversations from guests next door clearly heard. Beds comfortable and pillows thicker than typical budget hotel. Location was quiet and isolated.
One of the best Navy Lodge's I've stayed in. Clean, spacious rooms, kitchen area. Complimentary breakfast brought to your door (nothing fancy but still a bonus). Cookies, coffee. Nice staff.
