I had to stay here and wasn’t given the option to stay off base but if I had the choice I would have cancelled the first mention that there was no AC. The room has bugs. There is no AC. You have to Call to ask for replacement towels. The TV and internet was spotty. I asked to switch to a room with AC and there was none available. This is not worth the 145 bucks a night they charge the govt. I think DOGE needs to look at this contract for sure.
I've stayed here a few times over the years and I can say I have no complaints about it. The rooms are nice and the staff are amazing.

If you’re planning to stay here for a vacation and actually want to enjoy your time, I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere. This has been, by far, the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, the room was not clean — there was trash on the floor and even inside the bathroom drawers. Throughout my entire stay, I dealt with gnats, spiders, and ants in the room daily.
