The room is advertised as having a kitchenette. This is what is offered as a “kitchenette.” There are bugs under the bed and roaches inside the sink area where we’re supposed to be able to cook. This is considered the “nice room” because it has AC… I’d hate to see what a bad room looks like. What a joke. I will never stay here again, and will advise all my DIVOs to stay elsewhere. If you have questions about how bad it is… email me. @NCIS, @Navy… do better.
Booked a room about 3 months out. Check-in. Get to room and there is no A/C… Never mentioned during booking, never mentioned during check-in. What a terrible process and lack of oversight. Way to NGIS! 250 years! Woof.
Stayed there for my annual required training. It’s a good location as far as within walking distance of food, and gym and it’s clean. I’m giving it three starts because they should really be inspecting the rooms daily for cleanliness and to replenish towels especially since they charge 145 bucks a night.

I’m staying at point Loma Annex. I’ve been staying here for years. Ever since Covid their policies are absolutely asinine. They won’t change the towels out for six days. It’s not like we’re paying $50 a night. We’re paying premium prices and getting mediocre service. It really is ridiculous. I’m gonna stop giving my money to the Navy and stay out In town, I have that option.
