Been a member since 2004. Never any issues and they have assisted me in difficult, hard and unfortunate times. Customer service is a flawless 10/10 and never a crazy wait time.
Wasn't crowded and friendly customer/member services. Easy parking as well. It may be more crowded when base next door is at lunch.
I stopped to get change for a $20 US bill and was asked to enter my debit card which was issued by another credit union. Nothing doing! Not permitted without an account... ridiculous! What has happened in the world of banking?
