The worse branch possible, been a member for over 19 years and this by far is the worse branch. They are improperly trained and when you return after their failure or blunder on your transaction they treat you as if you caused the mistake. It's really unfortunate because some of the representatives are very nice, and they are completely overshadowed by the unprofessionalism of the others. I have been banking with navy federal for over 25 years. And they can’t cash a total $215.30 checks. I have more than 20k in the bank. They have to put 1 day hold. I was waiting for at least 30 minutes one guy working and the two ladies was just seating down no one acknowledge me. Until I told one of the ladies if they could help me. They were just busy messaging each other giggling. Navy fed. Get better employees. 7/29/2023 10;26 am.
