I went in today because there was some fraud on my debit card. Shout out to Navy Federal Fraud for catching it quickly. I was alerted to the problem through text. I called and sure enough there were charges I didn't make or authorize. Today I went in at the suggestion of the fraud department to get a new debit card. They printed it off very quickly. I absolutely love this bank! The staff is always friendly and willing to help, plus the mobile app is super convenient. I’ve never had any issues with my accounts here, and it really makes managing my finances a breeze.
