I have a business account with navy federal they place an hold on my account from last one week. Just they want to know what is the nature of my business. Even though i provide all info still no one is there to help you. Not online not in branch. They said all the time they will check account info and let you know. Don’t who “they” are “ ghost or aliens” Any how 0 customer service. Don’t waste your precious time with them.
5 stars! I walked in Friday afternoon, they were very prompt and got me in and out in 30 minutes and the woman was very kind and explained everything very well! This is the kind of service that should be offered everywhere :)
