One my two favorite branches. Everyone is very professional and helpful. The other branch is MCAS Miramar. The MCAS Navy Federal Credit Union branch is only available to members that can enter a US military base.
Today I made my first in-bank deposit and Joshua immediately welcomed me. We had a fantastic conversation as he helped me through the process. This visit is yet another example of why I love this place. Thank you again!
I went into this branch and the manager Rosalie was a total witch. I asked her about getting a new debit card bc both my debit and drivers license was missing. Since I didn't have my ID with me I showed her my DOD card...she said "You need a card from the government" I told her it was, hello??? What, she doesn't get that a DOD card is the government???
