I just want to shout-out Jasmine she helped me with my auto loan and questions about opening a bank account for my daughter it was very fast transaction. 10/10 would come to this branch for her because it was so professional and fast and she made me feel relaxed. Thanks jasmine
If I could give zero stars I would. Their service is nonexistent! I stood at the reception desk for at least 10 minutes without any acknowledgment when I decided to get in line and ask the teller for information. One teller was busy but the other two were busy conversing. When one of them finally “helped”, she said it would only take 2 minutes! Add a zero to that because I ended up waiting for over 20 minutes before getting up to find someone! Never again! The sign that reads “Our Mission is Our Members” is a lie.
Inlove with this bank, the staff, the people. Came back to Navy Federal after 10yrs and so happy to be back. Everything was great, friendly, smooth, knew I missed you all but wow. Amazing!
Great customer service!!! Amber was so helpful and went above and beyond , overall just made for a pleasant experience.
