The facility has atrocious communication. They don't answer the phones and don't give messages to the kids.
No spiritual nor Bible care offered and is sorely lacking there!
The Navos rep that works at cascade middle school is more interested in causing drama than mental health. Coaching parents to press charges and sue the school district over conflicts started by unruly violent and students. We need less of people like her
I've been going here for many, many yrs. Without Navos I'd prolly be dead. I've had good case manager's. I've also had really shitty case manager's who think they know how I was suppose to feel after my son died. Actually had a case manager tell me how I was and wasn't suppose to feel. Lucky for me I kicked her to the curb and found a new one.
