Dr Grewal has made numerous recommendations that have helped me improve my health. she’s very knowledgeable and kind and explains your options clearly.,I’m 89 years old and been to many doctors in my lifetime.. Dr Grewwal is the best
The office staff is utterly incompetent, willfully or otherwise, you decide. As an hmo participant, if your pcp can't get a referral processed, they're worthless and you don't get to see your specialists. Don't waste your time with these people. They don't care about you.
Dr. Grewal is very competent, but the office lack of efficiency overrides that. Twice, in the past 6 months, they misplaced or lost my blood work. I can't find a reasonable excuse for that happening twice.
I have been going to Dr Grewall for 8 months. Usually they are on top of things. I need a script fora mammogram and aB 12. I have talked to whoever is answering the phone. I have called three times. Once leave a message. Nope I don’t leave messages. Please answer the phone. It was not during lunch hours. I still have no script on a mammogram due in a few days as well as a B12 shot appointment due 2 days ago. She might be too busy for my needs.
I just started going to this office. I had to change my pcp bc of insurance. The receptionists are very friendly. The office is clean and the staff is very thorough. So far I’m very happy with my new primary care physician
