Spoke with the front desk agent to book an appointment with Dr. Kaur and it was the worst call of my life. I called around 2 pm, Oct, 16, 2024, some lady with Spanish accent, was extremely rude, mannerless, yelling and berating me for absolutely no reason at all. She booked an appointment with another doctor and was of no help at all when I asked if I get to get physician result form filled out. It's very sad to see because of such people the whole organization being so hostile.
Dr Kaur is an amazing doctor, intelligent, super helpful, very polite and pleasant, staff is good too.Hamilton Location is very nice opens on Saturday as well
