Routinely denies prescriptions that are medically necessary for multiple family members. Provides contradicting information. Appeals process has never once resulted in coverage.
I'm just filing a grievance now. Can't keep track of things, payments. And they wonder why everyone hates healthcare CEOs like Brian Thompson.
Terrible experience getting my medications. All I wanted was a 90 day supply on medication I had been taking for years and they wanted me to fill it 3 more times just to get a 90 day. Clearly just trying to make money. They also won't cover my 2 omeprazole a day that my doctor prescribed. Forcing me to get a less effective dose with more side effect. Wasted hours and hours on the phone with these people. Avoid these money hungry fiends
They make the process of obtaining your required medications incredibly complicated on purpose. For my $6 mediation through Wegmans they won't allow a 90 day refill on because you have to purchase from a "preferred vendor" - then they run you in circles to figure out who that is, as that info isn't readily available.
