Very good agent who helped My wife and me find the exact house we were looking for. He had several houses for us to look at for our first meeting together and within the first 3 days we had a bid in and won thanks to his hard work. Navio is more of a friend than a realtor. He is very knowledgeable in real estate business. I am a first time home buyer, Navio was really patient with me in answering my questions, showing houses and writing offers.
