Dr t. is the best. always professional and caring.
45 min in a very small waiting room that accommodated 3 providers. a movie being played on screen It was loud and and contained swearing. I asked the person at the desk to change the channel. Without looking up at me she said NO. I told her that I did not like the swearing in the movie, could she turn the sound down. She stormed around the desk and said We don't have TV. She rudely said there is a waiting room full of patients watching,not true, most were not. I canc the appt. and left.
