Katrina has been an absolute life-saver for me at the esthetic center. I had a laser treatment done elsewhere, and it was a mistake—it should never have been done. But Katrina stepped in and has done everything possible to help me since. She followed up, cared for my skin like it was her own, and even sent me home with incredible products out of pure kindness. Absolutely loved my first experience at NaVii this morning!! Fallon was very knowledgeable and gave helpful advice on how to reach my skincare goals, the environment is super calming and the rest of the staff are amazing as well 😊

First time with Natasha and she is AWESOME! Great customer service! She made me feel good about myself and was honest about what I needed or did not need. I definitely recommend her for your toxin needs.

I have never been we’ll educated or practiced in skincare and started diving into learning more about my skin and self care last month and met Lyndsee. I was able to secure 2 appointments so far with her, 2 AMAZING facials. I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism, knowledge, and service.
