Laura is amazing. She listens yet challenges. She is empathetic but will not let you sit there and wallow. If you are stubborn (like myself) and need a therapist that can go 'toe to toe' with you to enact change; she's the therapist you should talk to!
Laura is the third therapist I've seen over the last 15 years, and I'm so thankful I found her. I've been working with her for over a year and we've practiced different therapeutic methods to help guide my journey in improving my mental health and spiritual life. There's no "quick fix" for processing trauma, anxiety, depression, etc. but Laura will give you the tools you need to see improvements in your life.
