Chaney provided excellent care! She is not only caring, knowledgeable, and thorough, she is also personable and warm, even making me feel as if I were family. She was truly a blessing in my recovery and the proverbial silver lining in my cloud! I also appreciate the “Happy Birthday” text message, as my first day after surgery was my birthday.
I’ve dealt with a few of these services, and I can say Navigate Home Health Care has been the best! Professional, great communication, I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing a PICC line if it wasn’t for Elizabeth, our nurse. Along with our physical therapist, Sherese. I am so thankful to get this kind of experience and care.
Fantastic care from Chaney! She was very informative and made it easy to understand what my recovery would look like going forward. She stayed in direct contact with my doctor whenever issues came up, keeping him updated on my progress. Chaney was very caring, knowledgeable, and great all around.
