I was last seen on 2/5/2024 through this office. I received an email in May of 2025 (over a year and a half later) that I had an outstanding balance because I was NEVER billed for some of my last few sessions I had despite them having my credit card on file. They then said I could be set up on a payment plan, but only offered a payment plan of 2 months which isn’t a lot of time to pay off bills from over a year and a half ago that I didn’t even know existed. Not sure why my doctor referred me to this place. They specialize in LGBTQ clientele. After filling out a lengthy questionnaire about my mental health needs, I was assigned a counselor that didn't specialize in any of them. No one here will ever call you, only communicate via email. If you have communication issues especially when it comes to scheduling , they will punish you as if you are attending a Middle School, not a medical office intended to help people in a time of crisis or need. Alec Male is quite possibly one of the best humans I know. I’m lucky to have him as my therapist. He’s helped me through so much I can’t even scratch the surface here. Alec has a way of helping you see past emotion and to the root cause and history of things in a way that everything just makes sense. Once it makes sense it’s infinitely easier to manage. Go see Alec!
Wow. What a caring and open place. Top of the line staff. So incredibly LGBT friendly. I urge anyone that has had trouble in the past with therapy and can't seem to find "their match" to go here. You will find a specialist you click with and you will feel safe. Only complaint is I wish I could have my appointments on Saturday.
