Sam, was very kind. I didn't buy my car there but it was only because i decided on a new car. However we did ask him to let us know when he got a Truck in. Even after i told that i decided on another car, he was still had only kind words.
I was contacted right away by the owner; he let me know the vehicle I initially looked at was sold, but let me know there were identical/comparable vehicles in the same price range. Since we filled out an application for a preapproval he even recommended that we wait until he had an approval for us before coming in. Based on the previous experiences we've had that was VERY REFRESHING to hear; it made the transaction & whole experience pleasant to purchase the car there. My recommendation on this dealer: HIGHLY RECOMMEND
