This office charged me an extra $110 outside of my insurance plan for a 'new patient' fee, which is not allowable under my insurance AND was never explained to me. After I received my EOB I called the billing office and had to argue with them about the excess charge. The EOB clearly states that I can't be charged for anything other than my treatment. The physician was very responsive to my issues and took care of the issue at hand effectively
When I first met with Dr. Sikka, he was very patient with me, explained all information clearly. When I started getting allergy shots; the staff was very accommodating to scheduling appointments, provided precise information about the injection and very nice and pleasant. This group work well together.
Dr.Sikka and the providers at U.S. Allergy and Asthma were the most phenomenal patient care experts I have ever encountered. I was listened to, well taken care of, and given a plan of action. If you have any needs they are the most caring and professional healthcare team in DFW.
Dr Sikka is great but his staff is also. Courtney gives great directions. She always greets me like she doesn’t have a care in the world and she is so efficient! The nurses & techs make my visits fun & painless. Thank you US ALLERGY for your excellent service!
Dr. Sikka was the third MD I had seen for progressive allergy and respiratory issues. He was the first one who was able to discover the underlying symptoms that were causing me the most difficulty and developed an intense plan to make it better. I used to get pneumonia every year around January. After the first year with Dr. Sikka I haven't been sick once!
Dr. Sikka not only personally treated me successfully for a large array of allergies, he proactively referred me to three other specialists I needed to work with to solve THE WHOLE PROBLEM. He has certainly been the central figure in helping me overcome chronic sinus issues, COPD and asthma. All of this was constantly being triggered by allergies and the 'team' he assembled has successfully resolved THE WHOLE THING!
