very nice modern facility.
Office Staff is HorribleHe must have enough patients that he doesn't need anymore. The rudeness of his front office and phone staff ran us off as new patients. Too lazy to check our insurance; just decided 'we don't take that' without even calling. Idiots. It's a 3rd party payer, not an insurance company that you've never heard of, and they pay REALLY WELL. We will go elsewhere.
Dr Kella is great surgeon and care provider. However, office staff is the worst I have ever encountered in my 67 years. Service and communication concerning prescription refill, lab orders, etc. is terrible. One hand doesn’t know or keep track what the other is doing, and at times completely unresponsive, making it a challenge to obtain what you need to maintain your medical care.
He is a great Dr.
Don't waste your time with this doctor. Waited almost two months to get an appointment and then they call less than 24 hours before the appointment to cancel and try to move the appointment out almost another month. Very inconsiderate.
My father had a prostrate procedure. He had a lot of complications and had to be put on a catheter. He never saw the doctor filling the procedure, even with all the complications. He would either see the PA or a nurse. He was always rushed during his appointments and dismissed when he had a concern. After a morning appointment, he had to go the the ER because of problems he was having with his catheter.

He did my prostate surgery and I could not be more pleased. I had only soreness after and no side effects that other doctors had said I surely would have. Although it was advanced, I have had no sign of any remaining cancer during physicals since
