I’ve had several costly issues with the work this company did with my AC units and furnaces. I also had to have another company relocate one of the returns from the ceiling to the floor because the unit was not getting warm and was extremely cold during the winter. I spent over 20k with this company never again!
I has issues with my water heater. Navarros was recommended. They came out twice and misdiagnosed the issue with the water heater. Both times o ordered parts that were free of charge from the manufacturer. The second time they came out a gas valve was incorrectly installed according to a different technician. The owner was informed. By this date I was always a week and a half without hot water and the owner advised fir me to order the parts from the manufacturer so it would be a cheaper cost.
