I am an Oregon Native and a local resident of Eugene since 1976. Thanks to the heritage of my parents I am trilingual in English, French and Spanish. Having apprenticeship in Las Vegas, I am registered and certified in Oregon. With my collision and sheet metal repair and being a color match specialist, I am able to repair your auto to its pre-collision condition. Chris helped me with my insurance claim and was able to work things out with them in my favor. He also waived the entire deductible. Seems to be very professional and knowledgeable about his paint products. I appreciate small businesses like his, he has been my Auto body and paint guy to go to when needed. He will take the time to negotiate options and explain things to his customers and is very polite and sincere.

Would not recommend anyone utilize services from Navarro's Auto Body. Asked for paint touch up and ended up with unfinished product (i.e. forgot to add clear coat on part of vehicle, left more scratches then it came in with, and didn't even touch up areas that I had asked for). Had to take out garbage that was left in car and take off some of the tape work. Part that was painted had huge paint run and paint runoff. Also had paint overspray. Had a dented tailgate. Found one to replace it for $125. Navarrow painted the tailgate AND the hard cover on the Dodge Dakota and installed the gate for $400. That beat the hell out of 2 previous estimates we got....one wanted $770 and the other wanted $1200 and those 2 were ONLY for the tailgate. EXCELLENT JOB!

If you want to save money and have a quality job done you have to come to this shop. Chirs is friendly, considerate and fast. Give him an opportunity and you won't regret it.
