I am an Oregon Native and a local resident of Eugene since 1976. Thanks to the heritage of my parents I am trilingual in English, French and Spanish. Having apprenticeship in Las Vegas, I am registered and certified in Oregon. With my collision and sheet metal repair and being a color match specialist, I am able to repair your auto to its pre-collision condition. Chris and his crew are amazing. I felt like family. They did a spectacular job and went above and beyond, all in a timely manner. OMG. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH! A total lifesaver.❤️ He fixed my car door without an appointment and for a fraction of what the other two auto body shops had quoted me! And my quote was free as opposed to the non-refundable $35 at the other places. I was about to spend my Christmas money on getting my car fixed. Because this business is so straight up and awesome.. Chris was so awesome, I can say he is one of the best auto shop owner that knows how to give great customer service. I had a problem with my car Chris fixed it with not a bit of hassle. Very fast and professional. I would recommend everyone to take their car their if they have auto body issues.
This place is a a rip off, the Owner (javier) told you to leave the car, do repairs that your car don't need, don't ask you to authorized the charges them when you call to see if the car is ready or what it had, he feed you some story and tell you you own over $800.00. My experience, I took my car fro check engine light 6 different times and got charges over $900.00 for and repairs that was not need it, as well as leaving my car more damage that it was, light still coming up, so I need to get it to another place and get it... read more
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Chris the owner was rude and unable to listen or understand what was being said. I called to verify the proper parts were being installed specifically front bumper crash beam, he responded with we aren't doing the work come pick up the car and parts and hung up on me... Tried calling back to figure out where the misunderstanding was, he ignored my call..
Chris painted a couple of panels and buffed by Porsche 911. It looks brand new and the color matching was perfect. Would recommend Navarro's Auto Body to anyone wanting high quality work and a competitive price.

Chris helped me with my insurance claim and was able to work things out with them in my favor. He also waived the entire deductible. Seems to be very professional and knowledgeable about his paint products. I appreciate small businesses like his, he has been my Auto body and paint guy to go to when needed. He will take the time to negotiate options and explain things to his customers and is very polite and sincere.
