I just spent 5 days in Navarro Regional Hospital and I was treated better than the hospital Ive stayed at in Dallas. From going into surgery, recovery to my room everyone took very good care of me. They made sure I had everything I needed and went out of their way to make me comfortable during my stay. Not only are all the nurses and doctors sweet and kind they do an amazing job. My parents have been to the ER as well as admitted to the hospital several times recently. The care has been fast and appropriate for the conditions. Most recently, the fast action and attention of staff likely saved my dad from a heart attack. The docs also reacted quickly to transfer him out to an interventional medicine hospital in Dallas for which I am eternally grateful. My family is grateful for the good care we’ve received.
BEWARE: Save yourself and go somewhere else.!! At present, I have family in there with heart failure ,and they have let him lay in a dirty bed for 3 days and counting. They never change the sheets or help him shower. They don't give him his DR. ordered meds. I could go on and on. A few months back,they diagnosed my daughter with double pneumonia and put her on an antibiotic that she was allergic to, only to find out 2 days later from another Dr. that she didn't even have pneumonia. the staff as well as the level of care u get or should i say dont get. these people are practicing & we are just their guinea pigs. and ths worst so called doctor out here is vinson he is very rude cold lazy disrespectful & just down right horrible ive been in the room 2 hours waiting for a blanket & waiting for the. doctor to come back with the nurse but guess what NOTHING HAS HAPPENED NO BLANKET NO DOC NO NURSE NOTHING THEY FORGOT ABOUT ME GOOD THING I WASNT HAVING A HEART ATTACK
Give me the refund they have owed for over 2 months now.
the staff was really great, it helps when feeling distressed or nervous/anxious, kinda breaks the tension to take my mind off of what's going on and so forth.
Great staff! Everyone here is very helpful and absolutely cares about what they do.
