The NP I saw was wonderful wish I could remember her name. Also the other staff including the RN and the X-ray tech

MY MOM WAS IN ICU WHEN SHE WAS RELEASED THIS TIME THEY SENT HER HOME WITHOUT HER CATHETER! THE NURSE KATHY JOHNSON WAS RUDE AND SHE SAID THEY DO NOT SEND ANY1 HOME WITH A CATHETER BUT I KNOW FOR A FACT MY MOM HAS ALWAYS BEEN RELEASED WITH 1 EXCEPT THUS TIME NOT TO MENTION IT TOOK THEM A HOUR BEFORE THEY EVER FOUND ANYONE TO TRANSFER HER FROM THE WHEELCHAIR TO THE CAR IVE CALLED TO SPEAK TO THE ADMINISTRATOR YESTERDAY BUT SHE WASNT THERE AND STILL HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALL THIS WAS 1 OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES WE HAVE HAD AT NAV... read more

My daughter was treated in the ER for a broken clavicle from a sports injury... she was treated quickly .. all staff members were very professional and very attentive . We were referred to local Ortho and able to get in the next day. Thank you guys for Mattie's great care

Took my 6 month old son to the ER. After waiting 4 hours and told it would be several more hours when there were only 4 patients ahead of us we left. We were left in a room for hours with no nurse or anyone to assist us. They basically suggested we go to a pediatrician the following day yet documented we eloped. There was only one doctor for the whole ER. It was absolutely terrible and I will never go back. It is worth the hour drive to a more capable and better ran hospital.
