Friendly staff, great rates, and the property was amazing. We highly recommend and cannot wait to go back next year.

We visit Navarre Beach every six months. We always book thru Navarre Properties. Very professional...very caring... Another reason to call Navarre...home away from home.
Rented a condo for my family when they came into town. The people that worked there were super helpful in making sure I had all my questions answered. Would definitely rent through them again.
This is what we have saw in Navarre since Wednesday. We're up all night, because of at least 4 bulldozers operating all night!! No opening the sliding doors to here the waves...only the sound of diesel engines and backup beeping. Can't use the beach in the day or evening! Navarre Properties said they had little warning, but listed our condo anyway. SUCKS!!!
Beautiful! Beautiful! I loved the privacy of the beach. My favorite Florida get away without a doubt.
Horrible property management! Smoke alarms were going off once we arrived and never stopped. Once we alerted them about the problem we never heard back from them. They didn't return a single call on their emergency phone after hours after numerous voicemails. Didn't charge us for the night we had to relocate and had to pay for our lodging elsewhere. They acted as if they did us a huge favor by not charging us for a night where we didn't even stay. Going back to Navarre Beach soon, but never staying at a property they manage ... read more
Horrible experience. Recently stayed at Beach Colony in Navarre. Great condo, horrible property management. This was the second year we had rented this condo and would have continued to return every August, however, Navarre Properties handling of an issue we had during our trip has made us decide we can no longer stay at this property nor any other property managed by them.
