You could improve by not cancelling a reservation 3 days before check in with no warning said cancellation may occur at booking. This has cost me a lot more money than the money you are returning for the booked condo We had planned for and paid for a lot in preperation for this trip. I wont get those hundreds back. I also find it horrifically unprofessional when i get hung up on while trying to ask if they have any other properties or know of any that i can book last minute now. I am extremely pissed.
RecommendedFirst time to Navarre in almost 16 years. We loved the family friendly atmosphere. Check out Dave’s Oyster Bar and Grill!!
We have rented at Pearl and Beach Colony. We had a wonderful time. The first day we had an issue with the TV and the maintenance man came out right away. We absolutely love Navarre and Navarre Properties. Would definitely recommend. ❤️. Can't wait to come again this summer!
This property is Amazing! Great location on Navarre Beach that has spectacular views of the gulf!! The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff is wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. We did not make it in time before close of business on Turkey day weekend because of issues. But, Petra Francis the property manager came in on her day off on the HOLIDAY to make sure we had a place to stay! We just stayed at Summerwind on the 13th floor. View was nice but my husband, our 4 yr old and myself got bitten by bed bugs in the master suite bed while there and all I got was an apology and that the units are treated for pests. That doesn't explain why we are covered in bites right now and didn't have any until after the first night in the King bed. I even sent pics of our bites. Now treating all of our stuff. Not going back there next year.

I wrote a review on this Facebook page since my message never got to anyone to reply or just didn't want to hear it. The music of the neighbors were ridiculous till 1 or 2 in the morning either the people above me or beside me and they we're having farting contest in the bathtub disgusting.... I was to stay November 30th through December 30th but I couldn't take anymore of the crap with the neighbors so I left December 24th.....I loved it there to. Decided when I sell I want to move to the area.
Stayed at Parrot-Eyes Cove for spring break with another family. It was perfect for 2 couples and 2 teens. Pictures of the property were spot on. Fully equipped kitchen and they even had a small collection of books and beach towels. 3 min walk to beach access and it was shockingly quiet for spring break! (Minus the barking dogs which totally killed the vibe). Though it appears to be one of the older properties along the strip, it was in pristine condition and we lacked for nothing.
