Gotta pre stage arrival, goes much faster when people just pickup, the special casses slow everything down.

Slow as hell, should be less talking and more workimg cus they move at a snails pace...I think a snail moves faster tho. Your better off sending in your prescriptions 2 weeks in advance.

Very slow processing of people picking up their meds. It takes a long time to get up to the window, even for a short line. Today, the first person to go in didn't come back out until 13 minutes later. It was about the same for other people ahead of me. At 13 minutes per customer, you will be waiting for just about an hour if there are just 4 people ahead of you. Needs improvement!

They don't open up at 0800. They come to work at 0800.

The inefficiencies on display here are honestly shocking. Each time I've visited this pharmacy the line is about 30 people long and it moves very slow, my work schedule doesn't often allow for me to swing by on lunch or any time other than after work on Fridays. I think my frustration stems from the fact that I can only pick up prescriptions that I have called in/ ordered ahead of time and have been told it is ready for pick up.
