Long waits but good medical staff
I waited 3 hours and wasn't even seen. People coming in with belly aches and a kid that injured himself 3 days before that had a headache got seen before me when I was possibly being ripped from the inside out due to a dislodged IUD. Their priorities are severely lacking. Someone that needed a stint in his cast readjusted or a guy that had a sprained wrist was seen before me. I’ve had a similar experience to these negative reviews every time I’ve been here. Waiting for hours upon hours even with serious issues. Nothing like being told they’re full in the back and then watching multiple people who arrived after you go in the back when your child is in pain. Terrible customer service aside from one or two of the better ER docs.
While the doctors are kind, the wait times are truly outrageous. With a child screaming crying in pain and essentially being told they’re next to be seen and it still taking hours is unacceptable.
