We've had to come here a couple of time but today we waited for over 4 hours for discharge paperwork. Not something that is fun to do with a new born, the hospital is no where nearly ran efficiently on the discharge side

Pharmacy is unbelievably slow. Picked up a D slip at 10:52, with a 60 min estimated wait time. 130 minutes later and I'm still 2 numbers away from being checked in. Something needs to be done to get prescriptions checked in faster. Fix the estimated wait time algorithm. The display never went above 65 minutes. Set a max wait time limit in the check-in program to prevent low priority D numbers don't keep getting pushed to the back of the queue. Get the prescriptions in the system, and I can come back later to pick them up.
Truly my most favorite duty station ever - Navy Medicine is the best!
You need to be dying for a doctor to see you! Worst service ever never returning to this location.
