Apparently no one works there or the one person that does has no idea how to answer the phone. I have been trying to make an appointment for weeks and have yet to speak to someone.
I have called THREE different times today. I have been on hold for over an hour. I am somehow the second caller in que...This place is worthless for picking up their phone.
I've been trying to schedule my post partum check up and my next depo shot for weeks now. I call and I'm on hold for over 2 hours each time. I find it very hard to believe that it takes that long to schedule others appointments. I was supposed to have a 6 week post partum check up, not a 14 week post partum check up! Absolutely insane how awful it is.
How are they going to make me wait for 45 mins just to be transferred to another line that sends me straight to voicemail...
