The civilian side of this clinic is absolutely trash. The customer service very bad every time you go there they make it seem like you are bothering them and the biggest inconvenience. You need to do better to support the spouses and retirees.
I only use the pharmacy. Their system is really great. It is very rare to have to wait more than 15 minutes.
