Rx staff is always helpful.

One star because that lowest I can give here. They play hopscotch with your PMC change all the time even as often as every 6 months. Each time you have start all over you have begg to get any thing done. Till you give up. TRICARE prime is a joke they are no help in trying help with your care they just look for lowest bidders.
