I was highly disappointed with the New Parent Orientation. If only this hospital had a sick unit for kids who fall sick, we wouldn’t waste time at the ER. Time and time again wait time is extremely long with it feels like there is only one doctor and nurse working the entire shift. I can’t even say this is my worse experience because I have had way too many

I have had plenty of bad experiences at the Naval Hospital Jax. From my son been diagnosed with allergies and athsma when he really had a bleeding disorder to getting medicines that do nothing for the illness, but the treatment from 2/8/17 by Dr. Antonio and staff was the worst. Not only I had to wait 90 min after the appointment time for her to come see my son, she spent 5 min with him and prescribed an over the counter medicine. Hospital is trash these people sit around they don't answer the phones tso you can make appointments my daughter hasn't had an appointments for months because they are full of it I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DAUGHTER HERE EVER AGAIN
