Call me impatient, but waiting two hours for a prescription is absolutely ridiculous! This is by far the worst pharmacy I've come across. I have absolutely nothing bad to say as far as my PCM is concerned. She was always very nice and thorough!
Not a very professional atmosphere; many issues in several different areas of the hospital. Finally left after labs were mishandled and I was not contacted. I was waiting in results which prompted my calling after a week this to find out I had to repeat the tests again. Pharmacy wait is well over 2 hrs. I love this place. Myself and my 3 kids have all receive such good care and anytime I need to get in touch with my Dr I send them a message through relay health and they are so fast to respond. Keep up the good work!
Although my provider, Mr. Boyle, is wonderful, the experience of trying to get a live person on the phone, especially at the pharmacy, makes dealing with the clinic very difficult.
It takes way to long to get an appointment ! Kids should be seeing with pediatrics or family practice side!
