I've been endlessly trying to make an appointment for my child to no avail! Even reached out to the commander of the medical center to bring attention to this situation and he could care less- no accountability or real leadership. What a disgrace to the military community!

Very difficult to get an appointment. Navy Medical Records was not helpful to the point of being negligent. They do not care about their sailors here who need help.
Lunch time closure needs to be added. The GET IN LINE option for prescriptions is so convenient. Hardly wait. They shelf prescription for 10 days so you have all that time to get it.
