I cannot say enough good things about the medical records department at this clinic. Dealing with healthcare paperwork, insurance requests, and transferring files is usually a stressful headache, but the staff here made it completely seamless. They were incredibly professional, responded to my request much faster than expected, and ensured all my documents were securely sent over to my specialist without any issues. Thank you for your hard work behind the scenes—you are truly appreciated!
I've been using this on base pharmacy for over a year now. Always had excellant service and friendly staff. Never had a problem.
Poor experiences. Poor service. Lots of waiting around, impossible to get an appt for my toddler's primary care and when we do get in it's not the level of care I would expect for someone treating a child (struggling to treat him because he was moving and making noise, as toddlers do..and saying she's never treated a kid before, yikes.) We had to demand a care plan and state we would not leave unless satisfied with his treatment because of how unsatisfactory this place has been.
