I've been using this on base pharmacy for over a year now. Always had excellant service and friendly staff. Never had a problem.
Poor experiences. Poor service. Lots of waiting around, impossible to get an appt for my toddler's primary care and when we do get in it's not the level of care I would expect for someone treating a child (struggling to treat him because he was moving and making noise, as toddlers do..and saying she's never treated a kid before, yikes.) We had to demand a care plan and state we would not leave unless satisfied with his treatment because of how unsatisfactory this place has been. Good place, but service is terrible, weird rules for picking up spouses medication, refuses to talk about your child's health without them present, X-ray takes hours to complete (due to waiting). If you need medical attention and have only 3 hours, try anywhere else unless you have an entire day free. They do not work with the patients.
