Then staff is extremely helpful and nice, but the military staff are extremely rude, poor timing, and take forever to do stuff. It takes months to get an appointment in order. Be ready to sit around for 1-2 hrs+
I cannot say enough good things about the medical records department at this clinic. Dealing with healthcare paperwork, insurance requests, and transferring files is usually a stressful headache, but the staff here made it completely seamless. They were incredibly professional, responded to my request much faster than expected, and ensured all my documents were securely sent over to my specialist without any issues. Thank you for your hard work behind the scenes—you are truly appreciated!
I've been using this on base pharmacy for over a year now. Always had excellant service and friendly staff. Never had a problem.
