They literally just bailed out on my husband and I without a word they let our medication laps and now I am sitting here on week three trying to figure out who I call just so I can get some to last until I go see this new doctor. I’m not sure why everyone has rated this clinic so low. This was the best medical experience I have ever had. Mrs. Moran was phenomenal and thorough. She even helped me better understand the insurance and gave contact resources for other things I may need. I didn’t feel brushed off or not taken seriously in the slightest. I had to wait 3 months for an appointment, and then was given the incorrect appointment time. I showed up 15 minutes before the time I was provided over the phone. The person at the front desk told me my appointment was scheduled for 2 hours earlier and I had missed it. I was also not able to be given an appointment for later that day. The typical reminder call was never done either which is when I could've been told the correct time for my appointment.
