poor handling in patients. You are deliberately putting patients at risk to get exposed to Covid 19. The protocals for testing needs attention. Use of oral temps are more accurate than the forehead thermometers they have been using. How many times many times have patients been turned away due to your negligence. What is wrong with the funding to get proper PPEs to staff.

Took my son in the ER & got there at 11:14pm.. Got triaged... Waited an hr to get seen than finally we went to the back... By this time it was midnight.. Waited.. & waited.. Nobody checked to see if my son was n pain or nt.. Nobody kept us informed on anything we were jus put n the ob/gyn RM & left alone.. Well I think we were forgotten about b/c next thing u Kno its 3am... &&& FINALLY 3:16AM my son gets seen & meds it takes 5mins... Only 5mins for the doctor to tell him what to do prescribe the meds & 4:20am we were done...... read more
