It was a good run. I had been a loyal customer since 2014, but over the past several months, the customer service experience declined significantly. Not only was the support unhelpful, but they also falsely accused me of multiple things. Instead of addressing the issue, they chose to terminate both my service and membership. HUGE REGRET!! COMPLETE RIP OFF. RUN AWAY FROM NAVA. This experience was TERRIBLE. It started off great. I chose Nava over a similar type of "medical hollistic" center because they said they took my insurance and my blood work and Wavi scan is covered. IT IS NOT COVERED. They jack up the price, they use their lab (instead of my lab thats covered by my insurance), they over charge for all these tests that are basically useless.
