After waiting 10 minutes for them to open their doors, Alex over charged me for my meal. He couldn't find the button for loaded potatoes with scrambled eggs. Not a big deal but he didn't know how to reverse the charge. He then asked me to write down my credit card info so his manager could credit me back the overage when she arrived around 10:30. It's too bad that Nauvoo cafe is not family friendly. I got told no strollers, per fire code. Well, every other restaurant (even olive garden and Cheesecake Factory) said that if I could break down the stroller and put it under the table, I would be ok, but the manager at Nauvoo cafe decided it would be better to lose business, make a 7 year old cry at her birthday celebration, and refund a patrons money because they couldn't do like every other restaurant and allow us to collapse our stroller and slide it under our table or... read more
