Saw Tiffany P today and she is amazing !!!! She listened to me, and we found solutions to my healthcare needs. I can’t express enough how enjoyable that doctors visit was, she didn’t rush me and it really felt like she cared about ME! If you are looking for a primary doc, you really need to make an appointment at Nautilas Health!!!
Changing my review to reflect Christy!! She was SOO helpful! I called this morning and I was told that they could not change my appt and no openings were available for Tiffany until March. I called back after a little so I could speak with her nurse Cheryl( LOVE HER). This time spoke with Christy and she got my appt taken care of with ease and KINDNESS! So glad that she answered! Love Tiffany & will continue my patient care with her (it’s been 14 years)🩷
I started seeing the providers at Compass, now Nautilus Health. I have seen 3 different providers since I changed 5 years ago. They are all great, but my absolute favorite is Margaret Mountcastle!! She is the most caring and conscientious of any provider I have seen in 30+years. And Hannah, her assistant is wonderfulm This review would be 5 stars if the front desk check in person mad an effort to be pleasant and personable. She gives off the impression she doesn't want to be bothered.)
This review is effective as of 10/31/2025. The practice can’t keep any good providers. I have had two appointments rescheduled due to practitioners leaving in the last year. Both NP’s were outstanding (Diane Burton and Kerry Boyer). My job is over the road and the front end staff can’t empathize or work with you on getting an appointment when you are in town.
