Low key rooftop bar. Quite place to grab a drink n enjoy skyline.

Chill vibe. Not excessively priced drinks. Also has a glass floor. And good service and views 😊
Room was ready 45m after 4:00pm check-in time. And even then there was no toiletries, sheet, pillows or towels for the third person. One of the bags left at the cloak-room wasn't brought to room.
Elevator system is absolute crap - sometimes elevators will go past your floor 3-4 times (in direction of travel) without stopping. waiting 15mins plus is basically a daily occurrence.
We celebrated a friends birthday at the Arlo Arctica and it fell short of expectations. The drink menu wasn’t festive with hot cocktails as it had been in past years and service was deplorable.
Really nice hotel. Small rooms, but there’s a lovely lounge and library to work from. Daily happy hour that’s free!
Trendy, Soho, good location, small rooms, cozy atmosphere, busy, stylish. Amazing rooftop, library bar, restaurant on the first floor, happy hours. Super welcome staff, city views
Elevator takes forever, especially around 6PMish when people are coming for Happy Hour.
