If I could give half a star, I would. I brought my son in for a haircut on July 7 around 5:00 PM, and the experience was beyond disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude, unwelcoming, and acted as if they didn't want to help us. They made me feel like I was asking for a free haircut instead of paying for a service.
