This company will lie and damage your property stay far far away! Nick has promised me a refund, and still failed to refund! I brought him my boat and instead of him doing the right thing and going through the boat for a full inspection. I kept being lied to for days, and pushed off! On pick up my boat was not the same they trashed it and damaged it. Stay away from this company if you don’t want to invest thousands to correct what this company has done to your personal property.
Update: 10/28/25, Will be filling suit! Still no refund or contact. Attorney will take over! Mr. Harrison, thank you for your response. I want to clarify a few points from my perspective. I personally brought my boat key, wallet, and phone into your office when dropping off the boat. Your initial claim that the key was missing, and subsequent explanations, were confusing and unprofessional. Took my boat to nautical way of life for engine service and electrical work- absolutely top-of-the-line service. Their wiring was absolutely perfect. The workmanship was detailed and the owner was incredible to talk with no pressure just honest guidance and deep boating knowledge. I have owned a few boats over the years and have also purchased through a marina that consigned a prior boat I owned. I have been through the process of buying boats through a marina/consigned and I can’t tell you how amazing Hunter and Nick made the whole experience! Night and day, very easy process! Nautical Way of Life LLC is the only place I will ever take my boat if I have a problem. I recently learned about this business from a couple of friends who have used their services and I am glad I did. They are very professional and keep their customers informed about the progress of the repairs.
