Last August we arranged to come to Cape Coral looking for a home to buy. We met Lorraine Bryner from Nautical Realty Group. She ways professional, always on time and cheerful. She is very organized, efficient and detail oriented. Truly a pleasure to deal with. We worked with her for a couple of weeks and had to go back up north. Agree with the rest here. We experienced HORRIBLE service from our agent, Lorraine Bryner. Lorraine did the final walkthrough on the home and stated everything was great and just needed "broom cleaning". The house was an absolute mess with hundreds of live cockroaches everywhere. Every kitchen drawer and cabinet was loaded with roach feces, dead and live roaches and roach egg sacks. All appliances were also filled with the same.
