Great food and service. The Manager Gus was very welcoming. Our server was great.
Nothing spectacular. But then you can't really jack up nachos....
Came into this establishment on 8-2-17 and was amazed by the service of Shelly. She was incredibly welcoming. Made me feel like she had known me forever. Great recommendations, they were right on point. The food was incredible and the service was outstanding!
Shrimp & Chips was great and service was awesome! Can't wait to return to Cleveland so that we can visit again!!!
After complaining about poor service, the owner insinuated that we complained because we couldn't pay our bill. He put his hand in one of my party's faces and cursed at her as well. I'm still stunned.
3rd time at our favorite Florida Keys bar in Cleveland! Love the decor,food and fun we always have here!
Let me get this straight. When people complain to you that your servers are inept you insinuate that they can't pay the bill and that is why they complain? Now I see why your servers aren't top notch---they have a boss who spends more time insulting his customers than he spends time on training and leadership. I have never set foot in your establishment and, after the experience my good friend had there, I never will.
