The food here was great, but even more outstanding than that was the service. My fiancé and I were visiting for his birthday weekend (which the staff were unaware of), and we both commented on how warm and welcoming the staff were. The Naughti Mermaid left a lasting impression on us not just for them but also about the kindness and hospitality of the people of Cleveland. 10/10, can’t wait to come back!
The first time we were there we tried the lobster jalapeño soup it was great so we went back and got soup salad nachos and sandwiches. The soup was horrible cold had no lobster the sandwich bread was rock hard and the salad looked old. We were so disappointed
Great service, great food. Every employee was very friendly and helpful. Loved our server. Oysters were terrific and fresh.
Mom wanted some happy hour drinks and I wanted some happy hour food. Shrimp quesadilla was to die for. So was the key lime pie. 10/10 would recommend.

Whatever bartender that was working 11/25 at night big guy he was an ASSHOLE. I simply walked in there from a neighboring bar asking if they had change and he said "I'm not a fucking atm" in front of everyone at the bar. I could not believe how rude he was. Then I sent a co worker to get change, not knowing he went back to the Nauti Mermaid and they stole $20 from us and refused to give the rest. I will make sure no one I know goes here. How unprofessional. Get a new job if you don't like your current one.
