Jon, and Nauset Management, is the best, no question! He is always on top of his game, keeps us well informed, is knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. We have been customers for nearly 15 years now, and we can honestly say he has been fabulous to work with. Highly Recommended.
For many years, my parents hired Jon to keep an eye on their house when they travelled. When it was time to sell, we added him to our list of potential realtors. Other than being too optimistic about the selling price, which we did not temper enough, he did a great job of taking care of or providing referrals for repairs, handling an uninvited critter and all of the details of completing the transaction since we were out of state at the time. His pricing package was excellent.
Jon Clark and his company, Nauset Management, is/are wonderful Cape Cod institutions.
